Meet our Waterloo Region Walk for Muscular Dystrophy Ambassador

Dalton Wood is hosting this event and will be there to greet you at the walk!

Dalton was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy in 2014, at the age of 4.

The Walk for Muscular Dystrophy brings our friends and family together and we feel supported by them. It also helps raise awareness about Dalton's disorder in our community and brings people together who understand what we are going through.

People were so generous our first year participating in the Walk. Dalton received a trophy for having the biggest team and he felt so special. Each year we look forward to meeting new people, being with the people we love and the Walk gives us a great sense of hope. Getting involved in fundraising and doing the Walk will make your soul feel good and help everyone affected by muscular dystrophy, especially our sweet son Dalton.
